Hiza Geri



Hiza geri ( 膝 蹴りknee kick (hiza Geri) is a very powerful technique that is very close to the attack is mainly used to attack the groin, abdomen or head This can also be done from the side to attack the opponent's ribs .. Grabbing and pulling it into the range knee kick to make the knee stronger kick.

Geri hiza Usually done with the rear leg, kick to start the heel lift by using your toes to push a burst knee, so whipped forward, put your knees toward your opponent. The target can be a groin or solar plexus .


Important:

• Legs will kick must be behind your feet to be used for the pedestal stand. This is done in order to kick properly. If your feet parallel and your knees kick, your knees will rise to the top but not so advanced that it  will not be effective kick.

• Strong stomp with your toes to the ground before kick that crack can be done with a hard knee.
